Minimum order quantity
Most buyers ask about MOQ before anything else, so here it is up front. Stock styles have no minimum. Once you add your own branding, a small minimum applies to cover setup.
Stock & standard styles
No MOQ
Order any quantity — from a single trial carton to full container loads. Ready-made styles in existing materials and colors, with no branding changes.
Custom trims & your logo
From 100 pcs
Custom bands, trims, woven labels, hangtags and packaging. Workable at 100 pieces, though unit price is higher at this level because setup is spread over fewer units.
Recommended for pricing
300 pcs +
The level most private-label buyers land on. Setup cost spreads far better here, so unit price drops noticeably while you keep full customization.
MOQ can shift with material, color and construction. Tell us the style and target quantity and we will confirm the exact minimum and price break for your project.
Not sure which tier fits your order? Send your target quantity — we will tell you the honest MOQ and where the price breaks sit.
Straw materials & colors
Material drives hand-feel, structure, colorfastness and cost more than any other choice. We weave all of the below in-house, so we can quote the same shape in several materials and let you compare.
Soft, premium hand-feel with a fine natural grain. Best for crochet and hand-woven shapes aimed at higher retail price points.
Premium · Hand-woven · Natural tone
Lightweight paper braid with the widest color range and strong colorfastness. The most economical route for bright, on-trend seasonal colors.
Best value · Widest colors · Lightweight
Coarser natural texture with visible fibre character. Suits rustic, resort and artisan-looking styles where texture is the selling point.
Natural texture · Resort look
Classic warm natural straw with good body. A traditional choice for boater, fedora and wide-brim sun shapes.
Classic · Structured · Warm tone
Tight, even braid used for panama-style hats where a clean crown and smooth brim finish matter.
Fine weave · Panama shapes
Synthetic and blended braids for durability, washability and consistent supply when natural stock is tight.
Durable · Consistent supply
Trims & accessories
Same base hat, different trim — a fast, low-cost way to split one style into several retail-ready looks. All of the below can be combined with your own woven label or hangtag.
Fabric flowers, printed ribbon and patterned bands for kids' and resort ranges.
Pearl strands and beaded trim for a dressier, occasion-ready finish.
Shells, wood beads and natural cord for beach and resort-facing collections.
Wide fabric bows and ribbon ties, in your colour or a seasonal palette.

These are the standard head circumferences we build to. Any size in between can be produced, and most styles can carry an inner drawstring so one size covers a wider range.

Inside the factory
These are our own production photos, not stock images. Sourcing teams tell us this is the fastest way to judge whether a supplier really makes the goods or just resells them.
Stage 01
Every crown shape starts from a physical block. We hold a large in-house block library and cut new tooling when a style needs a shape we do not already own — which is what makes genuinely custom silhouettes possible rather than just re-trimmed stock.
Stage 02
Braid is sewn or woven into hat bodies in the material and colour you approved. Bodies are batched by size and colour at this point, so a colour or material change is still inexpensive here — and expensive later.
Stage 03
Bodies are steamed and blocked to lock in crown height, brim width and brim curve. This stage decides whether the hat holds its shape in a hot container or arrives soft — so it is where we spend the most QC attention.
Stage 04
Bands, woven labels, size marks, hangtags and inner sweatbands are fitted here. This is the stage the MOQ tiers refer to: your branding is applied to physical stock, so it is what sets the 100-piece minimum.
Stage 05
Hats are checked against the approved sample, then poly-bagged, boxed and staged for export. We send packing photos before shipment so you can confirm carton marks and quantities without waiting for arrival.
Want to see this run for your own style? We can send current production and packing photos for a style close to what you need.
A practical partner on the ground
We focus on natural straw and raffia headwear for overseas buyers who need practical sampling, customization and reliable communication. Our ISO-certified factory supports OEM, ODM, pattern customization and private-label development for woven straw hats, fedora hats, beach hats and summer collections.
We have experience supporting projects for established fashion and retail brands. Customer names, trademarks and project details are kept confidential unless public use is specifically authorized.
ISO certificate details, factory photos, sample progress and packing references can be shared with qualified buyers during the quotation process.
What buyers usually confirm
Natural woven hats vary by material, hand feel and shaping, so the quotation should be based on clear details rather than a rough photo only.
Buyer questions
Product style, straw material, brim size, estimated quantity, logo or label artwork, destination country and delivery date. Reference photos are welcome.
Yes. Existing samples can confirm general workmanship, while custom samples validate your specific materials, fit, colors and branding.
Yes. We can quote common air, express and sea-freight options based on carton volume, destination and delivery urgency.
Stock and standard styles have no MOQ, so any quantity can be ordered. Once you add custom trims or your own logo the minimum is 100 pieces, although unit price is higher at that level. From 300 pieces upward the setup cost spreads much better and unit price drops noticeably, which is where most private-label buyers order.
Natural raffia, paper straw, seagrass and rush, wheat straw, fine toquilla-style braid for panama shapes, plus polypropylene and blended braids. Paper straw offers the widest colour range and best value, while natural raffia suits higher retail price points.
Standard head circumferences are: toddler 48–52 cm, child 52–54 cm, youth 54–56 cm, adult S 55–56 cm, M 57–58 cm, L 59–60 cm and XL 61–62 cm. One-size styles are typically 56–58 cm with an inner drawstring. Custom head sizes and your own size grid can be produced.
Yes. Alongside wide brim straw hats and fedoras, we produce panama hats, bucket and fisherman hats, wide brim lifeguard and sun hats, and matching woven straw bags and totes for coordinated summer ranges.
