Sizes follow our standard grid — adult S 55–56 cm through XL 61–62 cm, with one-size 56–58 cm on an inner drawstring. Custom size grids are available for your market.

What is the minimum order for custom straw cowboy hats?
Stock western shapes have no minimum. Once you add your own band, concho, patch or label the minimum is 100 pieces, and pricing improves noticeably from 300 pieces upward.
Can you make vented straw cowboy hats?
Yes. Open-weave vent panels can be worked into the crown or upper sidewall for airflow, which is standard for rodeo, ranch and hot-weather outdoor programs.
Which crown shapes can you produce?
Cattleman, pinch front, open crown and gus-style creases are all available. Crown height, brim width and brim curl are set on the block, so a new shape can be tooled if it is not already in our block library.
Can you add leather bands, conchos and stampede strings?
Yes. Leather and rawhide bands, buckle sets, conchos, beaded bands, chin cords and stampede strings are all fitted in-house, along with woven labels and branded hangtags.
