Fedora shapes look similar in a photo and very different on a head. These are the details that decide which one you actually get.
Crown crease
Teardrop, centre dent, diamond, cattleman or open crown. The crease is set on the block, so it stays consistent across the run rather than being hand-pinched per piece.

Crown height
Typically 9–11 cm for summer straw fedoras. Lower crowns read more fashion-forward; taller crowns read more traditional and western.

Sizes follow our standard grid: toddler 48–52 cm, child 52–54 cm, youth 54–56 cm, adult S–XL 55–62 cm, and one-size 56–58 cm on an inner drawstring. Custom size grids are available for your market.

What is the minimum order for custom straw fedora hats?
Stock fedora shapes have no minimum. With your own band, label or trim the minimum is 100 pieces, and pricing improves noticeably from 300 pieces upward.
Which crown shapes can you produce?
Teardrop, centre dent, diamond, cattleman and open crown are all available. Crown height and brim width are set on the block, and we can cut new tooling if the shape is not already in our library.
Can you make panama-style straw fedoras?
Yes. A fine, tight toquilla-style braid gives the clean crown and smooth brim associated with panama hats. It is a different braid and price tier from standard paper or wheat straw.
What band and trim options are available?
Grosgrain ribbon, cotton, leather, raffia cord, woven bands, feathers, pins and metal badges. Band width, colour and knot position are all specified per style, and branded woven labels can be fitted inside.
